This event honors Charles’s legacy of promoting fine art in the Lancaster community while raising funds for local nonprofit organizations.✨ This year’s nonprofit recipient: The Harcum House, a Child Advocacy Center (CAC). Harcum House provides healing and long-term support to children and families impacted by abuse.
