Kaia FIT Sierra's 3rd annual Burpee Mile is at 7 a.m. Saturday, May 18, at McQueen High School Track. Come join this physical test of endurance, solo or as a team, to raise funds to support the mission of Awaken, a local nonprofit working to increase awareness and education surrounding the issue of commercial sexual exploitation and to provide housing and restoration for its victims.
Kaia FIT Sierra, a women's fitness and nutrition program with four studio locations across Reno-Sparks, is proud to partner with Awaken to support its critical mission in Northern Nevada. Both men and women are invited to participate in the Burpee Mile!

Location: McQueen High School Track, 6055 Lancer St., Reno, NV 89523.
Time: The Burpee Mile will run from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Please arrive 30 minutes early to have time for parking and check-in. There is a 2-hour cut-off time to complete the Burpee Mile. Music will be provided by award-winning Amplified Entertainment! <3
Registration: You may participate individually or as a team. Please list your team name on the registration form. We are encouraging no more than 10 members per team so that everyone has the opportunity to get in a great workout, but you can divide up the Burpee Mile into segments however you choose. EVERYONE CAN ALSO JOIN US JUST TO CHEER PARTICIPANTS ON!
Cost: $45 per participant, whether on a team or solo.
We'll honor the fastest relay team to complete the Burpee Mile as well!
