About the performers:
A.J. Fullerton is a Tennessee-based roots-rock artist hailing from Montrose, CO. Over the past decade, he has established himself as a talented fingerstyle and slide guitarist, singer-songwriter, and producer.
His latest album, Closer, debuted at #7 on the Billboard Blues Charts and has garnered over 1 million streams on Spotify. A.J. tours both solo and with his full band, drawing inspiration from a diverse range of classic and contemporary influences.
Recognized as one of the fastest-rising stars in the genre, he was named one of “75 Modern Blues & Blues Rock Artists You Must Hear 2021” by Blues Muse Magazine. A.J. has shared the stage with renowned artists such as Robert Cray, Jimmie Vaughan, Samantha Fish, and Christone “Kingfish” Ingram, further cementing his place in the blues scene.
Erik Stucky:
Erik is an internationally touring artist, writer and instrumentalist based out of Nashville.
Erik and his music have been featured by RFD-TV and Today in Nashville multiple times, The Cowboy Channel, The Bluegrass Situation, Nashville Entertainment Weekly, and many other media outlets.
Grammy, CMA, AMA, and ACM award-winning country singer Crystal Gayle praised Erik’s music saying “I love Erik’s music! His song ‘Good Vibrations’ makes me want to dance. Great music from a great new artist.”
Americana UK called Erik’s mandolin playing “outrageous” in their Live Review of David Starr & Erik Stucky at The Invernairne, Nairn on 6th May 2023.
Influenced heavily by New Grass Revival and Lyle Lovett, the Americana artist proved his ability to cross genres from Country, to Soul, to Jazz, all the while maintaining an unmistakable writing style and voice with his sophomore album, Good Vibrations (2021). Performing on the mandolin and guitar, Stucky combines his passion for lyric writing, folk instrumentation, and big band arrangements.
Emily Scott Robinson:
With a quarter million miles under her belt and counting, Robinson travels the dusty highways of America's wild country, capturing the stories of the people she meets and expertly crafting them into songs. She received critical acclaim for her debut album Traveling Mercies-- Rolling Stone named it one of the “40 Best Country and Americana Albums of 2019.” In 2021, Robinson signed with Oh Boy records, the label founded by the legendary John Prine, and released her follow-up album American Siren. It made numerous “Best of 2021” lists including NPR, Rolling Stone, American Songwriter, and No Depression. In 2022, Robinson released a collaboration for theater— a song cycle written for the Witches of Shakespeare's Macbeth called Built on Bones.
