Come and take on our 3k Race at The P.T Barn!This event is part of the 3k OCR Race Series.

Test yourself on our Fast Flowing 3k Course!
Head down to The P.T Barn and take on our 3k course to finish off the season!
Expect a solid field of Elites as well as a good mix of Age Group Athletes.
We are looking to create a faster 3k event which will be enable you to leave it all out on the course! After a tough season of technical obstacles we will be designing this to be a well balanced, free flowing course which will test all areas of obstacle racing.
We will running a similar wave system to the big championship races and will be able to give more details closer to race day.
The course will also use a Penalty System similar to what you will find at big championship races.
We plan to have the course open in the morning for people to practice some key obstacles. Details on this will be given nearer the time.
This event is also part of the 3km OCR UK Series.
A full Rule Book will be made available prior to the race.
Trophy for top 3 in both divisions.
For the series we will be following the same age groups.
- 14-39.
- 40+.
We will also be running a wave for 10-13 year olds once all of the previous waves have gone.
