Join us for a fun acrylic mixed media painting class and create your own 3D textured, metallic sunflower canvas!Create a Dynamic Textured Sunflower on Canvas!
Paint your own one of a kind mixed media style 3D textured sunflower. Learn from professional local artist Stacy Koviak-Davison of PSOMA design as she guides you through creating your own totally unique textured painting. This class is open to ALL levels, so even if you have zero experience painting you can absolutely create a cool piece of art in this session. Beginner painting skills will be taught and creativity is encouraged through color and composition. There are multiple colors of metallic and iridescent paint available. They shimmer from different angles and look really cool.
Class fee is $50 and includes instruction and all materials to create one acrylic painting on stretched canvas or canvas panel. Enjoy this painting class with friends, or come solo and meet new people who also love to get creative.
PSOMA design studio is located in downtown Kalamazoo inside the KNAC building on the third floor. It’s a relaxed and friendly space and we welcome everyone to come and create art, have fun and just unwind in a comfortable environment.
This class is limited to 8 people and is appropriate for adults and children 12 and older of any skill level. (Children under 16 need to be accompanied by an adult.) Advance payment is required to reserve your space. Click the "Get Tickets" link above to purchase online. Once you are registered keep an eye on your email for a follow up with location/parking and building entrance instructions. These will be sent out a couple days prior to the class (so please sign up with a current email that you have access to.) Spaces are limited, so be sure to reserve your spot today!

Cancellation Policy: Classes & Workshops are fully refundable with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Cancellations received later than 48 hours will not receive a refund. We will not issue a refund if you do not show up to your classes/workshops.
