Join Pat and learn how to create a 3D Decoupage on Canvas. Using the New ITD 3D effect Rice Papers. Pat will guide you through layering the rice paper after using Modeling Ball Tools to raise and round the flowers or what ever paper you choose to work with. The picture just do not do justice to this piece.You will make 1) 8”x10” canvas or 2) 5”x5” boards.
