NEW YEAR, NEW GOALS, NEW VENUE!
It's that time of year again when we've had space to Rest and Reflect, and now it's time to Re-energise. What does the New Year hold for you both personally and professionally? What do you WANT it to hold?
Big, hairy audacious goals, or gentle tweaks and adjustments that make an impact on you and your business? Don't worry which - it's whatever works for YOU!
We thought we'd help you Start Out with a Timeout - facilitated time to think about 2026, and what it looks like for you and your team.
With Wellbeing high on everyone's agenda, we thought we'd visit one of Sheffield's newest co-working spaces - on Sheffield's Olympic Legacy Park.
Emma Fletcher, Community Manager at the Stadium, will welcome us and give an overview to the site, the businesses based there, and their plans for the future.
With workspaces, co-working desks, virtual offices, and great meeting spaces, it's specifically built for teams shaping the Future of Sport, Health, and Wellbeing. Not only that, it has its own Performance Nutrition Cafe with Food Fusion (and, yes they will be filling us up with fresh, nutritious food and smart snacks).
We'll also be joined by Viki Garbett from who will share her nutritional tips to keep us all on track and healthy to face 2026 - she may well have a few surprises in store for us too! She's doing some great work in businesses and it will be good to hear how she's developing teams through food prep and healthy eating.
Rory Finch, another 3D Connect member, from will also join us with his injury stories and hints and tips to help us avoid injuries - how many of us go head first into moving more without planning or screening? Worry not, Rory will add real value and also share his own goals and achievements in 2025 and what's ahead for him in 2026!
Here's a hint... he's had a strong year!
Speaking of achieving goals... if anyone has Kilimanjaro on their 'to do' list for 2026 (or beyond), we know a woman who can! And who did! Emma Conroy of will share her own mountain challenge, overcoming altitude sickness, sleep deprivation, and extreme exhaustion through her sheer determination and top teamwork. She might also tell us what she has planned for 2026.
So whatever your goals, whatever your plans, we'll have Templates, Techniques, and Testimonials to help you put your best foot forward into 2026!

For 'fully signed up' 3D Connect members, its free... and for initial 'Look And See-ers' it's £15 plus VAT.
The 'Look and See' option is a one off. If you like what you see then we'd love you to sign up and join us as a Member - we hope you do!
WHAT ARE THE TIMINGS?
Arrival from 8.30am, we'll have a healthy nutritious breakfast and start officially at 9.00am. We'll finish officially at 10.30am but the team at Steel City Stadium are more than happy for us to stay on and experience their wonderful workspace and facility.
