Get ready to kick-off the holiday season at the 39th Annual Main Street Festival of Lights, a treasured community tradition. Enjoy the Miami Lakes Farmers Market and explore the offerings of our local merchants. Bring your family and friends for a photo opp with Santa, live performances, and music from two local DJs. Kids will have a fantastic time with various free activities, including meet-and-greets with holiday characters, face painting, glitter tattoos, complimentary shaved ice, cotton candy, arts and crafts, and even writing letters to Santa! Please help us spread some holiday cheer by bringing a new, unopened toy to support children in need. Neighbors 4 Neighbors will have a toy collection booth on-site, and all donations will be distributed to Giving Gators, which ensures they reach underprivileged kids in the Miami Lakes community this holiday season. Plus, while you’re enjoying the festivities, Miami-Dade Animal Services will host “Holiday Adoptions!” for anyone interested in welcoming a furry companion into their home.
