Join NSBE Pro LA at the 38th Annual MLK Jr. Parade & Celebration hosted by the City of Long Beach!
Come join us at Martin Luther King Junior Park for a day filled with joy and celebration. This event honors the legacy of Martin Luther King Jr. with a vibrant parade and festivities for all ages. Witness colorful floats, marching bands, and community groups as they come together to commemorate the life and work of this influential leader. The parade will be followed by a celebration at Martin Luther King Junior Park (1950 Lemon Ave.), featuring music, food, and activities for everyone to enjoy.
We are seeking participants and volunteers to represent NSBE Pro LA at the parade and celebration.
Parade: March with us from 10 AM - 12 PM.
- Parade Route: MLK Jr. Ave. & Anaheim St. to MLK Jr. Ave. & 19th St. (1 Mile)
Volunteer: Engage with the communuty at the NSBE booth and help promote our mission and programs from 12 PM - 5 PM at Martin Luther King Junior Park (1950 Lemon Ave.)
- Volunteer Shift 1: 12 PM - 2:30 PM
- Volunteer Shift 2: 2:30 PM - 5 PM
