Hard to believe that Fall is just around the corner as is our Chapter's main fundraising event, the ANNUAL FALL HIKE-a-Thon, Saturday, October 4th! Celebration of our 38th YEAR will be along the awesome trails of the Iola Ski Hill/New Hope Segments! Our dedicated Trail Stewards have been busy mowing, string trimming, pruning, blazing, and more to ensure everyone has a memorable outdoor experience!So, SAVE THE DATE!! See the ATTACHED POSTER for more details.
Each hiker will receive a map at registration and an ICE AGE TRAIL BANDANA. Varying trail lengths to choose from. There will be water and apples at road crossings along the way. And refreshments at the shelter before and after the hike! Dogs are welcome but do need to be on leash at all times. So please feel free to bring your 4-legged family members!
