Every 4th month, we will be at a venue that allows for Fire🔥. Stay tuned for venue locations each month!!

We are taking the flow jam in a new direction this year. Going forward we will be doing a day jam at the park with day flow, skill shares and workshops!
This is a family-friendly, sober environment. No alcohol is allowed in the park.
We may try out some different parks in Volusia County so stay tuned each month for the location!
Guided workshops are always welcome. Please message me if you want to do a demonstration or flow workshop and we’ll set it up!
What to bring:
Day & LED Props
Blankets, chairs, yoga mats
Bug spray!!
Snacks & drinks
BYOB (water, NO ALCOHOL, etc)
