Glow 360° Core is our signature low-joint-impact core training class infused with Barre, Pilates, and Physical Therapy, designed to increase muscle-bone density for a pain-free active lifestyle, proper posture, and superhuman strength. Gentle on joints, precisely controlled movements sculpt the 360° of muscles around our body. This class is specifically designed to rehab and strengthen our core, back, and all joint-stabilizing muscles. Always challenging, this short and effective resistance-based workout will leave you sore & energized for days.
More and more people suffer from chronic back-neck-shoulders pain, sciatica, knee pain, injuries, and fatigue that absolutely can be healed holistically and long term. Even if you have limited mobility, never worked out, or are in recovery: this mindful class is designed to benefit everybody, of all ages and genders.

Format: 20min standing + 20min mat work finished with foam rolling.

Arrival: 5 minutes before to setup - we lock the doors when class begins. Missed reservations are non-refundable.
