2. Attend with a group*. To make it more affordable, for every group of 10, you will get one free conference package for the 11th person. This is for a limited time only.
3. Join us virtually for $100 if unable to come in person. By doing so, you will be part of the strategic virtual reach of the Conference.
4. Join us virtually as part of a group of 10 (or more). The virtual price stays the same, but the 11th person in the group gets a free ticket.

REGISTRATION PACKAGES (NOT INCLUDING HOTEL)
ON SITE
- Access to all Conference Sessions from Thursday, October 9th, 4:00pm to Sunday, October 12th, 12:00pm.

- Individualized login to streaming platform (1 per person)

GROUP REGISTRATION
Please contact Stephanie Thomas at 408-355-0643 or [email protected] if you are a group leader and want to bring a large group. For every 10 people registered, the 11th person is free.
This group registration discount remains available for virtual tickets the entire time, whereas for groups attending on site, this discount will be for a limited time only.
EARLY BIRD RATES
There are early bird rates available now for both on site and virtual tickets that end Thursday, July 10th at 11:59pm PDT.
PAYMENT PLAN
Should you need a payment plan, please contact Stephanie Thomas using the instructions below. In the meantime, register as "paying by check" so your registration is in the system and the payment plan will be set up as follows:
1) Email Stephanie Thomas at [email protected] and she will set up a payment plan (all payments must be completed by October 9, 2025).
2) She will send you a digital invoice from STRIPE based on the information below and it will become an automated monthly deduction once you enter your credit card details. When you email her, please include the following:
- Full Name(s)
- Email and Mobile
- Registration Package(s) you are wanting to purchase and total amount
- Number of payments based on number of months before the event (all payments must be completed by October 9, 2025)
- Day of the month you would like the payment debited from your account
HOTEL RESERVATIONS - THE DOUBLETREE
$165++ per night ($203/night with taxes and fees) for single/doubles.
$185++ per night ($228/night with taxes and fees) for triples/quadruples.
Additional nights can be booked between the 7th and the 14th at same group rate.

AIRPORT TRANSFER OPTIONS
The DoubleTree Hotel is less than five minutes from San Jose International Airport. They offer complimentary shuttle service to and from the San Jose Mineta International Airport between the hours of 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM, 7 days a week. Shuttles depart from main entrance of the Hotel every 20 minutes.
