Dear Sir/ Rotaract President,Welcome, and good wishes to all from the Rotaract Club of Agri-Varsity. You will be delighted to know that we are going to organize Rotaractors’ Training Camp (RTC-2026) under Professional Development Service for the 35th time. This program is organized to develop knowledge, skills, and attitudes in the fields of Planning, Administration, and Management. It is also aimed at developing fellowship.
We have by this time gained adequate experience of organizing RTC for 34 times. With such a background, we are confident that we can offer you a much better and organized training this year.
Some important information in this regard is furnished below:
👉Title: Planning, Administration, and Management
👉Duration: 18 January to 23 January, 2026
👉Venue: Graduate Training Institute (GTI) Dormitory, BAU, Mymensingh-2202
👉Registration:
🗓️First phase: Tk. 5500/- (Five thousand and five hundred taka only)
Up to 4 January, 2026 (Sunday)
🗓️Second phase: Tk. 6000/- (Six thousand taka only)
Up to 11 January, 2026 (Sunday)
👉Condition: Non-refundable, with this regard we will offer accommodation, food, teaching materials, visit/ tour, gifts, etc. No registration will be granted after the deadline.
👉Eligibility: Must have a graduate degree. However, those who have appeared for their 3rd-year final examination of a Bachelor Course, from any University may be allowed.
👉Teaching language: Bengali and/or English
👉No. of participants: Only 48 (Forty-eight only)
👉Awards and gifts:
🏅BAU authorized certificate after successful completion of training.
🏅Honorary Belt for Best Camper, 1st and 2nd Best Group award.
🏅Individual awards for the winners of cultural and other competitions.
👉Registration form: One should use only the official registration form (enclosed), photocopy is allowed. 4 copies passport size colored photos and other necessary papers (all the mark sheets and certificates & in case of final year student appeared certificate of third-year final examination) must be submitted. No-spot registration.

N.B.: Please send the money through the “Bank account/ Rocket/ bKash/ Nagad” and documents through the post office or courier service to the mailing address of the RTC Secretary. If these facilities are unavailable in your area please contact with the Secretary of 35th RTC-2026. In case of Rocket, bKash and Nagad payment you have to send extra 100 taka with the registration fee.
**Any kind of unfairness will be considered disqualification, and the registration fee will be forfeited directly
