Special Equestrians, Inc. is ready to celebrate 35 years of adventure with Ride-A-Thon at Babcock Ranch Preserve. For many of us at SE, this event gets our hearts racing for our participants, who, in large part, make this fundraiser such a success through their champion pledge pages! It's a ride-a-thon, meaning your PLEDGE Makes Miracles Happen. On February 7, 2026, trail riders from all over Florida, SE participants, volunteers & staff, our herd of horses, the general public, sponsors, and our whole SE community of supporters will come together in the beautiful and historic Babcock Ranch Preserve.
Whether you come to hit the pristine trails with your own horses or partake in our Trail Ride & Retreat with a guided tour around the duck pond on provided horses, soaking in Florida's flora and wildlife will restore, revitalize, and heal whatever tugs at you. Take a chance at one of over 100 raffle items where every donation becomes a MIRACLE, sit back and relax while diving into a food truck eats and treats, and support the participants as they showcase their riding skills with themed activities in our temporary arena nestled in the heart of the ranch. This public event has something for EVERYONE.

Special Equestrians, Inc. knows the profound impact horses can make on the lives of those who share time with them. Some of the miracles we witness at SE include improved flexibility, balance, muscle strength, coordination, gross and fine motor skills, communication skills, self-awareness, self-esteem, self-advocacy, and confidence. We need YOU to champion our mission and Make Miracles Happen! Our tuition covers less than 20% of our operating budget. We NEVER deny services due to an inability to pay.
