Join us for the "35th Anniversary Reading of the Affrilachian Poets," including founding members Gerald Coleman, Ricardo Nazario y Colón, Kelly Norman Ellis, Nikky Finney, Frank X Walker and Crystal Wilkinson.The event is part of the William R. Kenan Jr. Lecture Series. This year's speaker, Nikky Finney, will present “Poetry, The Influencer” on Thursday, Feb. 19, at 7 p.m. Haggin Auditorium. She is a National Book Award–winning poet and one of the most influential literary voices of our time.
