For the past 33 years, San Diego active duty and veteran women have been meeting once a year to have lunch and share in camaraderie.
About this Event

Please join us for the 34th Annual Military Women's Luncheon! Women from WWII era to today's active duty will be in attendance to celebrate our sisterhood. Our luncheon is always the kick-off to Veterans Day events in San Diego with women from every branch and era to enjoy a wonderful program. Plus, there's great door prizes!

We will be having a plated meal, so please make a selection at checkout. Your options are pan seared salmon, lemon garlic chicken breast, white bean cassoulet (vegetarian), with sides, salad, dessert, coffee, and iced tea.

We are very honored to have U.S. Navy RADM Cynthia A. Kuehner (Retired) as our keynote speaker this year. She served as the senior nurse of Bravo Surgical Company, with the 1st Force Service Support Group, in Fallujah, Iraq, providing direct casualty care during the height of combat operations in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Vigilant Resolve. She also served as the senior medical officer of the Provincial Reconstruction Team in Afghanistan, and in nurse positions on the pediatric ward and labor and delivery units at Naval Medical Center, San Diego.

We typically sell out every year, so purchase your ticket early to ensure you have a seat. Check-in begins at 1030, lunch and program at 1130. We anticipate 200+ women, and it is open seating so you can meet new friends. Please share this event with your networks.
