LOCATION: Devanadi Yoga – 4401 Upton Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55410 (+ Livestream on ZOOM if needed)
FORMAT: LIVE + LIVESTREAM – This program meets 11 Weekends, 1 per month over 11 months + other hours (see below) and is set to run in-person with the option to participate virtually livestream via Zoom.
TIMES: Fridays: 6-9pm | Saturdays & Sundays: 8am-6pm (Central US) unless noted w/1 hour lunch. All times Central US.
SCHEDULE/FORMAT: One Weekend a month for 11 months:
1) JAN 10-12, 2025 – Dharma Shakti: The Song of the Soul Training
2) FEB 7-9 – Ayurvedic Yoga Training – Part 1
3) MAR 7-9 – Ayurvedic Yoga Training – Part 2
4) APR 11-13 – Koshas + Yoga Tools for Stress & Anxiety + Intro to Trauma-Informed Yoga Methods & Practice
5) MAY 2-4 – Guest Teacher Weekend with Indu Arora + Be a Pro 1: Business of Yoga
6) JUNE 6-8 – The Yoga of Nourishment Weekend: Yoga Nidra + Thai Yoga Bodywork Adjustments for Yoga Teachers + Ayurvedic Cooking & Nutrition + The Art of One-on-One Yoga Tools + Be a Pro 2
7) JULY 11-13 – Bhakti, Chanting & Sacred Texts Weekend + Koshas + Chair Yoga Training
8) AUG 8-10 – Tantra Vidya Part 1 – Foundations of Tantric Hatha Yoga
9) SEPT 12-14 – Tantra Vidya Part 2 – Tantric Yoga and the Sacred Fire
10) OCT 10-12 – Be a Pro 3, Teaching Pranayama & Meditation, & Putting It All Together
11) NOV 7-9 – Student Teaching & Graduation Weekend
12) DEC 12-14, 2025 – open if needed
OTHER HOURS & ESSENTIALS:
