FORMAT: LIVE + LIVESTREAM on ZOOM: This program meets 1 weekday a week (Mon or Tues TBD) 8-3pm + 3 weekends + other hours (see below) and is set to run in-person with the option to participate virtually livestream via Zoom.

• 2025: JAN: 6, 13, 27 | FEB: 3, 10, 24 | MAR: 3, 10, 17, 24, 31 | APR: 7, 14, 21, 27 | MAY: 5, 12, 19 | JUNE: 2, 9� | SEPT: 8 for graduation

3) JUNE 6-8, 2025 – The Yoga of Nourishment Weekend: Yoga Nidra + Thai Yoga Bodywork Adjustments for Yoga Teachers + Ayurvedic Cooking & Nutrition + The Art of One-on-One Yoga Tools
