WELCOME to the 33rd Annual KARZ Show & Rod Run!Saturday July 6th in Sheridan, Wyoming
Rev up for an exciting weekend ahead! Join us for the ultimate kick-off on Friday, July 5th, at Black Tooth Brewery for our Cruise-In Pre-Registration Party. Alger Street will be closed off and Wareing Chevrolet will have extra parking available for show cars, creating the perfect backdrop for a dazzling display of beautiful cars right outside the brewery and down the entire block. Indulge in delicious fare from our local food trucks while tapping your toes to live music and enjoying refreshing brews amidst a sea of Wyoming’s nicest cars! Don't forget, from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM, you'll have the opportunity to pre-register for Saturday's main event if you haven’t pre-registered online. Even if you have pre-registered online, feel free to come and enjoy the festivities!
On Saturday, July 6th, the excitement continues as cars parking in the show are invited to load in between 8:30 AM and 10:00 AM at Sheridan's V.A. Medical Center, located at 1898 Fort Road. Late registration will remain open until 10:00 AM. Groove to the tunes provided by Cruisin' as the show and judging commence at 10:00 AM and conclude at 1:00 PM. Be sure to stick around for the Awards Ceremony and Participant-Only Drawing (for an awesome Matco Tool Cart) which will start at 2:00PM! 3:00PM will start the Rod Run & Police Escort where you can then join us for a cruise in the Sheridan Area.

9:50AM : Registration CLOSED.
10:00AM : SHOW STARTS! (Please no more vehicle load-in after 10AM).
1:00PM : All Show Sponsor Vehicle Picks Must Be Complete
& Submitted to the KARZ Tent.
2:00PM : Awards Ceremony
3:00PM : Rod Run & Police Escort
After the show, we will be taking a cruise through Sheridan to a TBD location to enjoy some food and good company!

JUDGING:
Judging will be different this year as we are stiving to make winning as fair as possible.
We decided the best way to do so is to leave the majority of voting in the hands of the experts – our show participants! Each show participant will be given a voting packet so they will have the opportunity to vote on each of the main categories listed with a star (*) if so desired.
Each category will have an assigned “Karz Club Expert” who will be overlooking their respective category to ensure the voting makes sense per what each category definition is. Best in Show will be determined by our Karz Club Experts & based on each categories results.
