REGISTRATION: Begin at 7:45 AM - - TEE TIME: 9:00 AM Be at course no later than 8:30 AM
FORMAT: 4 Man Scramble, Shot Gun Start (Proper attire only No Jeans No Non-Collar Shirt)
ENTRY FEE: $150 per Golfer, ($600 per team) Includes Green Fees, Cart, and Range Balls.
GAMES: Hole-in-one / Longest Drive / Closest to the pin / Putting Contest / Mulligans / Putting String
PRIZES: Top 3 Teams / Win $10,000 for Hole in One or other prizes on par 3 holes /

We are having our Golf Tournament on Monday, October 26th at the Onion Creek Club to raise funds for college scholarships for deserving students of our Santa Cruz parish. We have several sponsorship opportunities for our tournament in order to help raise money for this noble cause.
We have several levels of sponsorship. They are:
Contest Sponsor - $1,200 (4 available)
o Logo on Knights of Columbus #9038 Facebook page, and all promotional materials
o Tee hole sign on the contest hole (Longest Drive / Closest to the Pin / Hole-in-one / Putting Contest)
o One team of four (Please email the golfers names by 10/2 to [email protected])
o Prize can be awarded by the sponsor with an opportunity to address the golfers at the tournament lunch
Eagle Sponsor - $1,000
o Logo on Knights of Columbus #9038 Facebook page, and all promotional materials
o One tee hole sign
o One team of four (Please email the golfers names by 10/25 to [email protected])
Golf Ball Sponsor - $500
o Your logo on golf balls with each golfer getting a sleeve of 3 balls
Hole Sponsor - $300 (Can be monetary or cash value of merchandise to be used in our raffle)
o One tee hole sign
