In this interactive session, we'll explore how to give, receive, and invite 360° feedback across lines of difference, identity, and power. You’ll learn practical frameworks for navigating and asking for feedback within diverse teams so that candor strengthens connection rather than erodes trust. Walk away with tools to turn feedback into a shared leadership practice — one that builds psychological safety, accountability, and belonging at scale.
