You can do all 10 weeks or pick and choose individual modules.
The 10 week training Intensive is an opportunity to build on your knowledge to guide all levels of students. Teachers and students alike, will deepen their yoga knowledge and discover more tools to add to their yoga tool box.

Aug 1-5 Teaching Ashtanga Yoga week
Aug 8-12 Teaching Chair Yoga and Yoga for Seniors week
Aug 15-19 Teaching Vinyasa Yoga week
Aug 22-26 Teaching Prenatal, Postnatal, and Kids yoga week
Off week aug 29- Sept 2
Sept 5-9 Music, Mantra, and Sound bath week
Sept 12-16 Hatha Yoga week
Sept 19-23 Teaching Meditation week
Sept 26-30 Yoga and Fitness week
Oct 3-7 The Business of Yoga week
