Shanteel Yoga Sanctuary is very proud to offer A 300 Advanced Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training for 200 hundred hour teacher training graduates. Beginning on October 2, 2024 we will embark on an intense training for a full year to master your skills. It involves one weekend a month and a monthly Workshop (Wednesday) and Focus Class ( most Fridays some Wednesdays) .We will be diving deep into Philosophy, Restorative ,Advanced Asana, Chakras ,Yin , Ethics, Teaching and Sequencing , Anatomy, Chair ,Ayurveda and making Yoga accessible to all bodies, as well as exploring many other topics to take your teaching and yogic life to the next level. It is a collaborative teaching experience using the teachers best in their field. We are all very honored to be part of your growth. Come and join us for a Transformation of a lifetime. All weekends are Friday 6:30 pm to 8:30pm Saturday and Sunday 10 am to 6pm. Workshops and Focus groups are 6:30pm to 8:30 pm .
