30 Day Diet Clean Up

Are you ready to level up your life?

Join an enthusiastic community in eating cleaner, training smarter, and feeling better. Start your health journey by eliminating sugar, alcohol, dairy, processed foods for 30 days. Helping you get back on track with a nutritious and delicious diet of lean proteins, veggies, fruits, low glycemic carbs, and healthy fats. Challenge yourself with 3 days a week of 45 min fitness routine plus once a week group strength class, Zoom check-in and mindfulness practice, and Zoom calls with Coaches Christa & Tara. Plant based & omnivore diet friendly. All fitness levels are welcome. The emphasis is on alignment and safe posture in the fitness classes. Modifications are given for those who need/want it.

Check-in & Mindfulness Practice: Tuesdays 6:30-7:30 pm with Tara Live stream

• Explore accessible mindfulness techniques that will work for you on a daily basis to increase awareness and ease in every part of your life

STRENGTH: Sundays 10am with Christa and fellow 30 day CLEAN UP peeps

Zoom Intro & Closing: Sundays, May 4th & June 1st from 5-6pm with Tara & Christa
