Vegan Festival Adelaide is SA's largest celebration of all things vegan and will be returning to the capital over the last weekend of October 2021. The Festival will feature world-renowned speakers, cooking demonstrations, kids’ activities, live local musicians, and creative hands-on workshops. Explore around 70 market stalls providing visitors with an incredible array of 100% vegan products, including food, drinks, household cleaning, and apparel – demonstrating just how easy it can be to be vegan in every area of life.

Festival directors want to show you how incredible, and mainstream, the world’s fastest growing social movement really is. We bring you 2 days under the gorgeous trees of our brand-new location in Rundle Park to accommodate the ever-increasing numbers, vegans and ‘v-curious’ are welcome to enjoy the full festival atmosphere, chill with friends, and enjoy all things cruelty free.

Vegan Festival Adelaide is collecting contact information to protect your safety and to comply with Government guidelines during the COVID-19 pandemic. If a COVID-19 case is identified within the Festival, either during or afterwards, you will be contacted and informed so that you can take the necessary precautions.

By attending Vegan Festival Adelaide 2021, you agree that:

• I am not feeling unwell, or displaying COVID-19 symptoms such as fever, cough, runny nose, shortness of breath or other symptoms
• I will use the QR Code to scan in on arrival & show green tick to security

• I am not currently being tested for COVID-19
• I will ensure that you maintain the correct social distancing of 1.5m
• I have not been in close contact with a person who has returned a positive COVID-19 result
• I have not recently travelled overseas or to a declared hotspot in the past 14 days
• When coughing, cover my mouth I will immediately wash my hands or use a tissue and throw out the tissue immediately.
• When sneezing, sneeze into the crook of my elbow and immediately wash hands.
• I acknowledge that Vegan Festival Adelaide may be required by law to provide contact information to public health officers on request
• Masks may be mandatory for high volume areas such as cooking tent/indoor areas
• Adhere to direction by Covid Marshals & Security on site

*We reserve the right to change these COVID requirements based on changes in restrictions from SA Health, SAPOL, or the SA Government*

What we are Doing:

• The festival space will be sanitised and deep cleaned before, during & after each festival day.
• All staff will be briefed on current Covid Management plans
• Each stall holder will be briefed on our COVID Management Plan
• All tastings will be served in single use compostable containers by a stallholder wearing gloves
• Stall holders will be responsible for the cleanliness of their stall in accordance with our COVID Management Plan of no contact – wiping common surfaces after patron contact and single use utensils only, as well as providing hand sanitizer at their stall.
• We will remind you of the COVID Policies via email & social media campaigns prior to the event. Covid information will be placed around the venue over the weekend.
• Vegan Festival Adelaide will comply with ACC Food Safety Standards

The annual event aims to share the reality of the positive impact a vegan lifestyle has on fellow humans, our planet and animals. With all the media attention toward veganism, our festival will show just how amazing, delicious, inclusive and mainstream this ever-growing way of life really is.
