This class is designed for students who have experience with moves we have taught in Level 1 and 2 which include but are not limited to:Para el Médio

Pelota combinations
Polícia
Vacilala
Sombrero
Adios combinations
If you feel comfortable with all these movements you are ready for this cycle class! We will review level 1/2 movements at the start of the first meeting and then begin learning all new combinations as a group!
Remember in cycle classes we hope to keep the group as consistent as possible each week and after week 1, the group will be closed. Of course if you want to do a drop in week 1 you are most welcome!
