3 Valleys Runningworks Ultra, Half, 10k & Team RelayPlease join us for the fourth year of the 3 Valleys Runningworks Ultra on Sunday the 7th of April 2024.
We are very excited to bring you this new and improved event course with plenty more single trail and the addition of the Victoria Dam and Quad Cruncher. We are also excited to have Dan Leach from 92.9 as our MC to get you super pumped for your adventure ahead.
This is a technical trail run loaded with single track, big climbs, epic descents, spectacular views all in a sensational location.
You will love this event! With a 10k, 25k, 50k and team relay option we have a distance for everyone. This event is like no other on the Trail calendar and you won’t be disappointed.

Choose from a 10k, 25k, Ultra 50k or Team Ultra Relay (2-4 person)
Team relay consists of 4 legs.
Each leg finishes back at the start/finish area to create the best possible team environment and atmosphere. Shower facilities are available at the start/finish area.
Leg 1 & 3 - 10k (350m elevation)
Leg 2 & 4 - 15k (500m elevation)
Event times
7.00am - 50k Ultra & Ultra Team Relay
7.30am - 25k & 10k
8.5 hour cut off time for all events.
All Ultra, half and relay runners will receive a finishers medal. Any Ultra runner who doesn't complete the event within the cut of time will receive a Half Marathon medal.
Mandatory gear for the Ultra, Team Ultra & Half: 500ml of fluids, mobile phone, whistle, snake bandage or compression bandage and jacket or space blanket.
Prizes & medals for 1, 2 & 3 placings in the Ultra, Half & 10k and for the winner of the team relay.
Runningworks raceresult will provide this race with live lap times you can see from our event screen.
PART OF CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
There are no refunds for this event. Event registrations can be transferred to another participant, or you can pay a $19.00 administration fee to transfer your entry to the Lark Hill Runningworks Ultra.
