Originally built in the 18th century and later expanded, it has served as a private residence, a military hospital, and now a school (Tettenhall College). Over the years, stories of hauntings have emerged, with people reporting strange noises, apparitions, and an unsettling presence in certain areas of the building.
One common tale involves the spirit of a former servant who allegedly fell to their death from one of the towers. Some claim to have seen shadowy figures moving through the halls or heard footsteps echoing when no one is there.
