A new kind of period education & celebration has landed on the Sunshine Coast!
A meaningful, empowering alternative to traditional period education. Gathering in a circle to receive knowledge and tools so they can start their periods and puberty with ease. Featuring craft, product play, conversations, and a special parent daughter celebration. This is for ages 9-12.
The way a child experiences their first period shapes how they’ll understand their worth, power, and cyclical nature for life.

This safe and supported space will hold the children while they learn, explore and play with all that comes with having a womb & a cycle in the most positive and empowering way.

• Positive puberty, anatomy, periods, ovulation & hormones education that is easy to digest.
• Why do we get periods and what can we expect when they come.
• How to understand and navigate the new & big emotions as they start to change.
• Period products - different ones & how to use them.
• Q&A for all the questions they may have or might feel embarrassed to ask anywhere else.

This shared time gives parents and children space to learn about menstrual cycle awareness, the inner seasons, and how to nurture period positivity at home.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿:
• Inner seasons/phases of the menstrual cycle & menstrual cycle awareness.
• Self care for the different phases.
• Cycle charting & how it can positively impact the entire household.
• Wisdom sharing and well wishes by parents (this is not mandatory if it's not something you are comfortable with).
• Bead bracelet making to represent the stages of menstrual cycles.

This unique experience is facilitated by Amy from Sacred Flow, a Certified First Moon Circle facilitator and Menstrual Cycle Coach, ensuring that your child is properly supported and guided every step of the way.

These circles also open honest conversations at home, dissolving taboo and creating a family culture that understands and honours the menstrual cycle together.
