Join us for a craft beer and culinary experience featurng a carefully curated four-course menu, each dish thoughtfully paired with a 3 Sheeps Brewing selection. From bold and savory bites to a decadent beer-infused dessert, this event showcases the rich flavors of Wisconsin beer and food.
First Course:
Bacon-wrapped Beer-Boiled Brat Bites
Paired with: Wisconsinitis (5% ABV)
Juicy bratwurst bites, beer-boiled and wrapped in crispy bacon, topped with carmelized onions and served with a duo of house-made relish, ketchup and mustard. Wisconsinitis, a smoot and easy-drinking cream ale, pairs perfectly with the smoky bacon and hearty brat, offereing a crisp and refreshing contrast.
Second Course:
Beer Cheese Soup
Paired with: Shorts & Hoodies (5.2% ABV)
A rich and creamy beer cheese soup made with sharp cheddar and served with toasted pretzel croutons. Shorts & Hoodies, a crisp Beer Garden Pilsner with a surprising amber hue, balances the soup's indulgent flavors with its clean, light finish.
Third Course:
Beer-Battered Burger Sliders with Onion Rings and Beer Dip
Paired with: Fresh Coast (4.8% ABV)
Beer Batter & Dip made with Rebel Kent (5% ABV)
Mini sliders topped with crispy, beer-battered onion rings, served with a Rebel Kent-infused beer dip. Fresh Coast, a juicy pale ale, cuts through the richness of the burger and onion rings with its bright, citrusy notes, while Rebel Kent, a Belgian-style amber ale, adds depth to the batter and sauce.
Fourth Course:
Raspberry Coffee Brownies with "The Wolf" Raspberry Sauce
Paired with: The Wolf (13.5% AVB)
Decadent chocolate brownies infused with coffee and topped with a house-made raspberry sauce crafted from The Wolf, 3 Sheeps' bold bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout. The beer's complex flavors of bourbon, caramel, and chocolate elevate the dessert's richness, creating a truly indulgent finale.
