Come learn about the importance of pelvic health in part 1 of this 3-part series, presented by Hannah Fouts, DPT, from Three Rivers Physical Therapy in Missoula. You’ll get equipped with knowledge and resources to help you confidently navigate an array of pelvic health challenges many of us will face in our lifetimes. You’ll learn about common issues, such as incontinence, pelvic pain, bowel dysfunction, and pelvic organ prolapse, gain valuable insight into the underlying causes of pelvic dysfunction, learn practical strategies for prevention and management, and discover holistic approaches to promoting pelvic wellness throughout your life.
