About 3 on the Bund
Inspired by their individual diverse musical backgrounds, 3 on the Bund are a five piece group who blend tradition with innovation. Their complex layered arrangements consist of both traditional and newly composed tunes which are played with an energy and passion that is completely authentic.

About Music Generation Waterford (MGW)
MGW is a perofrmacne music education programme for young musicians across Waterford City and County. It is part of Music Generation, Ireland's National Performance Music Education Programme and is funded locally by Waterford and Wexford Education and Training Board and Waterford Council.
MGW Traditional Ensembles were formed in 2019 and since then have gone from strength to strenght. To date they worked and performed with guest musicians such as Benny McCarthy, Ryan Molloy, Fergal Scahill, Áine McGineey, Martin Tourish, Sharon Shannon, Fourth Moon, Ímar and GOITSE. MGW Traditional Ensembles have performed in a number of existing venues and festivals including Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann, International Pan Celtic Festival, Spraoi, Culture Night, Winterval and Music@TheMaltHouse. The Traditional Ensembles have represented Waterford and Ireland on local, national and international stages performing at Creative Connexions Festival Sitges Spain, Music@Mount Leinster and at numerous Ireland Funds Conferences from Dublin Castle to Monaco.
Music Generation Waterford is delighted to present and collaborate with 3 on the Bund to conintue and support the promotion of high quality performqance music education for current and future generations of musicians in Waterford.
