3 of Us [Empathy Circles]: The Weight of Loneliness

Hi there, I'm Azure from "3 of Us", a local Singapore ground-up. We believe in building meaningful conversation spaces for individuals to talk about things they never found the time and space to. Building empathy spaces for individuals and cultivate active listening for everyone.

In this session, participants will be able to share their own stories and experiences in a small group setting.

How will the Empathy Circles session look like?

Part 1 - Introduction to 3 of Us & How the session will be like

Part 2 - Peer-to-peer sharing. Participants will be in 4 pax per group to enable a close-knit and open sharing. Each individual will have time to share their own stories and to listen to other's stories.

Part 3 - Closing + Feedback Form

Topic: The Weight of Loneliness. Let's be real. Loneliness sucks. It can hit you even when you have friends. It's that gap between who you are and who people think you are.

If you're tired of pretending you're fine, this is for you.

We're holding an empathy circle to talk about it, straight up. Come share your experience or just listen. It's easier to carry a weight when others help you hold it.

In this empathy Circles, we create a brave space to gently unpack this weight together. We'll listen, share, and remind each other that in our shared vulnerability, the burden often feels a little lighter. "Come as you are."

Rules & Your Commitment

• Punctuality - We will strictly prevent entry from 2pm onwards. This is to ensure a conducive session for all participants without any disruptions. The venue will be open at 1.30pm.
• Photography - Photos will be taken at the venue for future marketing and publicity purposes.
• Self promotion / Sales - This is a space for people to gather and share their stories. Kindly do not skew your sharing towards soft launching insurance/products. Please reconsider joining if this is your intention. Thank you!
