3 Lifts for Gifts, an annual event presented by TFG, will take place on Sunday, December 15th. The event will include squats, making it a full power event. It will be held at the Elks Lodge and will require more spotters and loaders. Registration will be available on Lifting Cast once the date is approved. The event has been planned for a long time and will be a new level of success.
