Join Emily for a journey through carefully curated yoga practices designed to rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit.

We'll begin our retreat with a catered lunch, setting the stage for a day of replenishment and connection. We will then flow into an empowering intention-setting practice beginning with Emily's personal experience with the power of mindset and overcoming adversity through her Olympic experience. Reflect on your aspirations, set intentions for the season ahead, and manifest your goals with clarity and purpose.

After lunch and intention setting, we'll move into an invigorating 1-hour Vinyasa flow session. Dynamic sequences sync breath with movement, awakening your inner vitality and fostering strength and flexibility.

Then we'll wind down with a deeply restorative 1-hour session of Restorative Yoga. Sink into supported postures, guided by soothing breathwork, as tension melts away, and profound relaxation takes hold.

Throughout the retreat, receive yoga materials to enrich your personal practice, empowering you to carry the serenity of the retreat beyond our sanctuary and into your daily life.
