Get ready for an exciting, high-energy Salsa experience designed to help you grow fast, all in a single day. Whether you’ve never danced before or you’re already comfortable on the floor and want to improve, this bootcamp is structured so everyone learns at their own level.
This immersive event runs multiple levels at the same time, each in a separate room. You’ll train in the level that fits you best, guided by experienced instructors who focus on making Salsa clear, fun, and approachable.

🟦 Beginner Level – Start From the Ground Up
Ideal for first-timers or dancers with very little experience.
You’ll learn:
Core Salsa footwork
Basic right turns
Rhythm, timing, and musical connection
Comfortable lead and follow fundamentals
By the end, you’ll have the confidence to step onto the social dance floor.
🟧 Beginner 2 / Intermediate – Improve Technique & Flow
Best for dancers who already know the basics and want more control and style.
You’ll focus on:
Pattern variations and combinations
Body movement and styling
Cleaner partnerwork technique
Rotating monthly themes to keep learning fresh
Perfect for dancers ready to move smoother and dance with intention.
🟪 Intermediate / Advanced – Refine & Elevate
Designed for dancers with solid fundamentals who want to challenge themselves.
You’ll work on:
Advanced timing and body mechanics
Complex combinations and transitions
Spins, direction changes, and flow
Specialty monthly topics (shines, styling, technique focus, and more)
This level is built to sharpen control, precision, and social dance confidence.

2pm Salsa Part 1: Basics & Right Turns
• Learn how to step correctly (weight, balance, foot placement)
• Basic step forward & back for leaders and followers
• Right turn technique for both roles
• How to find the beat and stay on time with the music
3pm Salsa Part 2: Side Passes & Cross Body Lead
• Cross Body Lead breakdown (the most important Salsa move)
• Side Pass footwork and direction changes
• Walk-through drills to understand spacing and movement
• How to connect with a partner without pulling or guessing
4pm Salsa Part 3: Beginner Combinations + Styling
• Simple beginner turn combinations using all previous skills
• Ladies’ styling: hair combs (easy, beginner-friendly)
• Leaders: clear, relaxed leading technique
• Putting everything together into a smooth beginner routine
-BEGINNER 2- INTERMEDIATE LEVEL w/ Cedric & Ingrid: TIMING AND MUSICALITY
2:00–3:00 PM – Timing, Rhythm & Musical Awareness
Understanding the structure of Salsa music, finding the count with confidence, and improving timing through simple footwork and partner exercises. Learn how to stay on time without overthinking.
3:00–4:00 PM – Musical Accents & Phrase Recognition
Learning how to recognize breaks, hits, and changes in the music, and how to respond naturally using pauses, direction changes, and simple accents—without stopping the flow of the dance.
4:00–5:00 PM – Applying Musicality to Social Dancing
Putting everything together in real partner patterns. Learn how to adjust your dancing to different songs and partners, improve connection, and make your dancing feel intentional, smooth, and expressive.
-INTERMEDIATE ADVANCED LEVEL w/ Luis Alberto: DIPS & ACCENTS TECHNIQUE
2:00–3:00 PM – Foundations & Safety
Lead anchoring and grounding, follower balance and self-hold, and safe mechanics for entering and exiting dips with control.
3:00–4:00 PM – Musical Accents & Counterbalance
Using musical hits and breaks, shared weight vs. lead-supported balance, and smooth, musical dip execution without breaking flow.
4:00–5:00 PM – Advanced Application
Integrating dips into real Salsa and Bachata patterns, adapting to different partners, and applying accents naturally on the social dance floor.
