Friday Evening: Arrival and Opening Ceremony Participants are welcomed from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM with drinks and light refreshments. The evening kicks off with an opening circle to set intentions and connect with the group, followed by a nourishing dinner. The day concludes with a calming session of meditation and Yoga Nidra, setting a tranquil tone for the weekend.
Saturday: Deepening Connection and Transformation The day starts with an invigorating session of Kundalini Yoga and breathwork at sunrise, followed by a healthy breakfast. The morning continues with a group Reiki healing session and Kundalini Kriyas to awaken your primal energy. After lunch, participants engage in a somatic therapy workshop to release emotional traumas, followed by free time to relax or explore. The afternoon includes a creative expression session, and the evening wraps up with dinner and a reflective evening ceremony.
Sunday: Integration and Closing Ceremony Sunday begins with morning meditation and Kundalini Yoga, followed by breakfast.
