During the retreat you will learn ancient Qi Gong movements to cultivate energy and balance in your body. Light and easy movements suitable for all. You will also practice yin yoga to help target the specific meridians for the current season whilst also experiencing lovely guided meditation to help calm the mind and find inner peace, combining the nature nidra technique.
