No matter which style of yoga you practice, the principles of spinal alignment, balance, and conscious breathing are essential. These movements activate the body's innate energy—known as Shakti, a primordial feminine force. When this energy is nurtured and consciously directed, it becomes Kundalini, the key to experiencing Yog, or Divine Union.
Kundalini Core Foundations is an immersive workshop focused on the individual journey. We explore the question, "What makes us who we are?" and use this understanding to shape the world around us.
This workshop is a journey to the Core—examining core being, core values, core beliefs, and core strength. By strengthening these aspects physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually, you prepare yourself to raise Kundalini energy. You'll activate your energy channels, or Nadis, infusing your life force with determination, intention, and sound vibration.
What You’ll Experience:
🌿Intensive Chakra Practice: Over three days, engage in powerful breathing exercises that open the body and guide you inward. Mantra chanting will activate your Chakras, aligning your mind and body with the universal, divine energy.

🌿Energy Release: This transformative combination will help you release unnecessary energies, initiating a personal journey grounded in a strong daily practice, known as Sadhana.
🌿Philosophical Immersion: We dive deep into the philosophy behind Kundalini practices, exploring its relevance as the "Yoga of the Householder." This philosophical foundation will keep you grounded, anchoring you safely throughout your journey.
Each day begins with a vigorous morning practice, followed by personal reflection time. In the early afternoon, we reconvene for philosophical discussions and conclude the day with evening practice and meditation.
This workshop is more than a practice—it's a profound experience designed to resonate with your inner Kundalini energy, providing you with the tools to harness and direct this power in your daily life.
About Raj 🙏
Raj has 15 years experience as an instructor and teacher of Kundalini Yoga. In addition to his training, he has traveled extensively to India and immersed in the practice with different teachers, having a wide experience of Kundalini practices.
Raj has been running the Kundalini Core Foundations since 2018. He is the Yoga Philosophy teacher at Ananda teaching philosophy in both their 200 and 300 hour programs. He is also sharing a 50 Hours Kundalini Yoga teacher training as part of Yoga Alliance Continued Education Program that also runs here at Ananda.
