Day 1 Kettlebell training fundamentals (November 1)
Day 2 Kettlebell strength and mobility (November 2)
Day 3 Kettlebell flows and combos (November 3)
You will learn how to correctly perform and teach kettlebell exercises for strength, cardio, power, endurance, and mobility. You will also understand how to perform workouts with the kettlebell.
Upon successfully passing the kettlebell certification you will receive your official kettlebell certificate from IKU™ (International Kettlebell University) and accredited by CSEN (Centro Sportivo Educativo Nazionale).
Register for the early bird and pay only €450 (USD482 based on the current exchange rate). Valid until September 15 after which the full cost is €550 (USD588 based on the current exchange rate).
