Join us in a collaborative (FULLY HYBRID - ON-SITE AND LIVESTREAM) learning framework on the essentials of commercial construction bidding, estimating and winning proposals. At seminar completion, Students will demonstrate foundation of knowledge on:
- Proper techniques for bid proposal preparation and submission.
- Project / scope identification, evaluation and selection processes.
- Analysis, interpretation, and measurement of plans for relevant information.
- Concepts, methods and techniques used for estimating projects
- Principles and processes for pricing projects, including overhead and profit analysis.
- Bid Package requirements, bid proposal responses, and contracting.
- Application of electronic systems for business development, project identification, take-off, estimating, cost control and project management.
Possible 9 hours of CCB Continuing Education; Seminar shall be Spanish Friendly
