A project-based workshop where children can Re-imagining Communal Play + Space exploring what makes a playground space fun and memorable.Working in groups, children are encouraged to be creative in their findings as they apply Design Thinking principles in understanding the needs and challenges of who they are designing for.
Children will also be exploring types of structural framing systems that could be introduced as key features in their playground design; as they brainstorm and get hands-on in the design, making and building of their ultimate dream playground.
Age: 7 - 14 years old (Participants will be grouped by age on the day of the event)
