Hi everyone, my name is Acacia. I’m not only your host, but also the creator and owner of Soulful Ascensions. I built this retreat from my heart—with the vision of creating a safe, intimate space for just 10 women, so each of you can feel seen, supported, and never lost in the crowd. I didn’t want this to feel like a conference or a large event. I wanted it to feel like home. A place where you can soften, be yourself, and grow without pressure—just love, intention, and connection.

This retreat was born from my own journey of healing and transformation, and I knew deep in my spirit that other women needed a space like this too. Over the next three days, we are going to care for your mind, body, and spirit—not just one piece of you, but all of you.

Day One – The Mind

As you arrive, this isn’t just about setting down your suitcase. It’s about setting down your thoughts, fears, and worries. From the moment you step in, you’ll feel the warmth of this sisterhood—smiles, hugs, and genuine connection. We’ll take time to meet one another soul-to-soul, do some light journaling, and begin private hypnotherapy sessions. So on day one, you don’t just unpack your bags—you unpack your mind. That evening, we gather in our first sister circle—safe, supported, and held.

Day Two – The Body

Day two is dedicated to peace within the body—our spa day. This is where you allow yourself to receive. You’ll enjoy facials, massages, reiki, sound healing, and more. This day is about releasing tension, slowing down, and remembering what it feels like to fully relax. No rush. No roles to play. Just rest.

Day Three – The Spirit

Day three is our celebration—the awakening of the spirit. This is the day we release what we uncovered on day one and rise into our power. We start the morning with uplifting yoga, saunas, kava drinks, and other soul-nourishing practices. At night, we close with a sacred Blue Lotus ceremony guided by a shaman—a ceremony of release, renewal, and rebirth.

When you wake up the next morning, you won’t just be leaving a retreat—you’ll be leaving lighter, free, and deeply connected to yourself.
