Our 3-day Retreat ( Ideal for Adult couples) shall take place on the Maryland and Virginia Beach coasts. We hope to inspire and empower you to live a life of ease and contentment. You will learn the Yang-style Tai Chi 108 1st section. An easy form which will allow for daily home practice. Along with many other outdoor adventures of cultivating inner and outer strength and vitality for a life of peace and mindful living.
3 Day Camping Couples: $150
Meals & parking included ( Must have your own tent etc.)
Tuesdays 26th one Day class $35
Includes:Tai Chi classes etc., 2 meals and parking.
