Join us at Jeremiah Farm & Goat Dairy on October 24th for a cheesemaking class where you’ll learn to make three delicious fresh cheeses — all in one afternoon!
In this small-group workshop, we’ll start with our fresh raw goat plus local raw cow milk and discover how simple ingredients and old-fashioned methods transform it into creamy ricotta, tangy feta, and rich mozzarella. Along the way, you’ll learn the basics of cultures, curds, and whey, plus tips for aging, flavoring, and storing your cheeses at home.
We’ll sample each cheese together, share recipes and stories from the farm, and send you home with the skills — and confidence — to keep creating in your own kitchen.
