This exciting event brings together three of Colorado's most dynamic up-and-coming acts, each bringing their unique sound and energy to the stage. From indie rock and funk fusion to alt-rock jams, the lineup showcases the diverse musical landscape of Boulder and Denver.

Yo, we’re Huck ‘n Pray, an alt-rock indie jam band from Boulder. We’ve got Cory and Finn on guitar/singer/songwriters, Will on bass and Axel on drums, and we’re super stoked to be playing at the Roots with all these great bands!

With its eclectic collection of underground bars, gallery jazz clubs and house stages, Denver is a city where musical innovators are born. Mitch Segura and Sam Gucwa are its latest, blending the sounds of indie rock, funk, and jazz to create music that blends energy and improvisation. In this new collaborative project, the band pushes further into rock elements and takes on the name ‘Experimental Brunch’.

Amongst the bustling Boulder music scene, On the Dot remains on their sonic adventure of punchy grooves and signature melodies. Their latest singles “Throwing Rocks” and “let it lie” is just a taste of their ever evolving sound, and a precursor to the anticipated release of their second self-produced album. On the Dot’s live shows showcase their dynamic energy and songwriting with a vibrant performance that tends to leave the crowd buzzing with excitement.
