Join us for a unique 5-week course crafted specifically for 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals, focusing on practical skills for self-protection, situational awareness, and personal empowerment. This supportive and inclusive class is designed to help you feel more confident and prepared, whether you’re new to these techniques or looking to refresh your skills. No previous experience is necessary—everyone is welcome!
Course Details:
- Dates: Wednesdays - January 8, 15, 22, 29, and February 5
- Time: Classes start at 7 PM
- Location: Valley Shidokan Karate Club
- Cost: Sliding scale - $20 to $100 for the full 5-week course
