2Q FALL OPEN HOUSE for NEW STUDENTS Sunday, September 22, 2024
JOIN US and experience the dynamic drums and dances of Puerto Rico’s folklore la Bomba and la Plena! Invite your friends or family for an afternoon in community moving to the driving rhythms of Bomba y Plena! Free Trial Classes at Nimbus Arts Center, 329 Warren St. Downtown Jersey City. Doors Open at 1:45 PM
DANCE Class: 2 – 3 PM and DRUM Class: 3 – 4 PM
Class Capacity: DANCE: 25 students, DRUM 25 students
Adults and Children 6+ for dance, and 8+ for drum
Limited tickets: 1 – 2 tickets maximum per each unique registered email.
Note: On Sept 17 you will receive an attendance confirmation request. If a you do not respond to the email by Sept 19 your spot will be forfeited and made available to the public. If the classes are closed online, you may reach out to Nanette through email to inquire if there is still space available.
Dress comfortably for dance and if you own a skirt or drum, please bring it so you can use it in the class. Thank you! See you in the studio!
