Welcome to our Saturday Sound Bath series! Upekkha Yoga (www.upekkhayoga.com + @upekkhayoga), welcomes you to join us for a relaxing morning of sound bath in the workout studio, in the concierge building.
What to Bring: Yoga mat and/or blanket. To enhance your experience, feel free to bring a blanket, pillow, eye mask, bolster and/or blocks.
What to Wear: Anything that's comfortable. But please make sure you're *warm* - long sleeves, blankets, socks, etc.
Date, Time, Location: Saturday, November 23rd Noon in the workout studio, in the concierge building. We will start promptly at Noon, so as to not to disturb others, please arrive about 10-minute beforehand to set-up and get comfortable.
Please note that space is limited and we will unfortunately not be able to accomodate walk-ins. This event is $10 per person (ages 12-years and older) and is non-refundable.
What to expect: You'll be placed in easy yin yoga poses - lying down, on your stomach , on your side, and various instruments will be played around and over you to help move the natural energy of your body. This is a mediation and restorative class, and unlike traditional yoga flow classes, you will be focused on our breath and comfort, as opposed to movement.
